Is there a minimum order quantity?
No. We decorate single pieces and full team orders with the same standard. Pricing scales with quantity, but quality never does.

Each thread color is a separate pass on the machine, so multi-color designs are straightforward. Pricing is based on stitch count, not color count.
What file format do you need?
Send a vector file (AI, EPS, PDF, or SVG) or a high-resolution image, and we'll digitize it into a stitch file ready for the embroidery machine.
Can you embroider on hats and caps?
Yes. Structured and unstructured caps are some of the most common items we embroider, alongside polos, jackets, and bags.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
No. We embroider single pieces and full team orders with the same care and standard.
Will it crack, peel, or fade over time?
No. Thread is stitched into the fabric rather than printed on top, so it holds up to washing and everyday wear far longer than most prints.
Are there garments you can't embroider?
Very thin or stretchy fabrics can be tricky, but we'll review your garment and let you know if it needs a backing or a different approach before we start.

Will it crack or peel over time?
Properly applied and cared for, DTF transfers hold up well to washing and everyday wear without cracking or peeling.
What file formats work best?
Send a high-resolution PNG or PDF with a transparent background, ideally at least 300 DPI, so the print comes out sharp.
Can you print on dark-colored garments?
Yes. DTF transfers print a white underbase automatically, so full-color designs show up clearly on dark and light garments alike.

What are the file requirements?
300 DPI minimum, transparent background, no white box fills. PNG, PDF, or PSD. Trim dead space so each design prints at the size you intend.

Will the engraving fade, peel, or wear off?
No. Laser engraving isn't a coating or print sitting on top of the material. It's burned into the leather or leatherette itself, so there's nothing to chip, peel, or fade with wear and washing.
Can you engrave small text or detailed logos?
Yes. Laser etching handles fine lines and small lettering with a level of precision that's difficult to match with embroidery or print. We'll review your artwork and flag anything that needs simplifying before production.
Is there a minimum order for laser engraving?
