Garment Policy
Customer-supplied garments are accepted strictly at the Customer's own risk. 93rd Avenue accepts no liability for misprints, stains, tears, shrinkage, color changes, or any other damage that may occur during the decoration process, including heat pressing, embroidery, direct-to-film (DTF) application, or any other production method. Machine and human error can occur, and 93rd Avenue makes no guarantee of outcome on customer-supplied garments.
93rd Avenue strongly recommends submitting new, unwashed garments. Previously washed, worn, or otherwise treated garments may negatively affect decoration quality. If a garment's prior condition contributes to a substandard result, 93rd Avenue bears no responsibility for that outcome.
If a garment is damaged or rendered unusable during production, 93rd Avenue will not replace or reimburse the garment. The affected piece will be returned to the Customer as-is. Our sole obligation is its return.
In no event will 93rd Avenue's total liability exceed the amount paid for the decoration service applied to the affected garment(s). 93rd Avenue is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages — including lost revenue, missed deadlines, emotional distress, or the sentimental or market value of any garment.
By submitting garments for decoration, the Customer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 93rd Avenue, its owners, staff, and agents from any and all claims, losses, costs, or expenses — including reasonable attorney's fees — arising from or related to customer-supplied garments.
To eliminate these risks entirely, 93rd Avenue recommends allowing us to source garments on your behalf. Garments we supply are covered under our standard production guarantee. This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee.
