Customer Supplied Garment Policy

Customer Supplied Garments are accepted on the strict understanding that 93rd Avenue will not accept any liability for any misprints, stains, and damage to the Customer Supplied Garments during production (heat pressing or stitching). In addition, there is risk that machine and/or human error will occur. All garments are provided to 93rd Avenue entirely at the customer's own risk. If you are supplying the garments, 93rd Avenue prefers to decorate on new, unwashed garments. If your garment is not new and/or has been previously washed, we cannot guarantee the best quality of your decoration. If you supply the garment and there is a problem, we do not replace the item. Your damaged piece will be returned to you with an apology. To prevent this risk, 93rd Avenue recommends letting us source your garments directly. When we select and order the blanks on your behalf, we know the material and construction of the garment, which allows us to decorate with greater confidence and consistency. It also allows 93rd Avenue to replace any garment at our discretion in the event of an error on our end.
